After two years of seeing a gorgeous black special at the dog shows around here I finally was able to get one :) AND it just so happens that this guy is 3/4 related to the black dog I kept seeing! Extra score!! I'm still very much in love with my Cardigans, but wanted and needed a larger dog to intimidate visitors from walking into their pen. I'm a little bit nervous about the grooming but I've been reassured that normal maintenance is the key and it won't be too bad.
Isn't he just the cutest thing? His temperament is amazing and his socialization to this point is fantastic...he isn't afraid of anything and curious of everything.

OMG Garret! He's adorable! How could you possibly resist??? But a BRIARD??? Where on Earth did that idea come from? I just can't see how you made the leap from a Corgi to a Briard. Except, of course ~ the EARS.... ;-)
He looks like an awesome pup and his parents are stunning!

Garrett - you didn't tell folks he was a Briard! LOL! Soooooo, this means your little agility butt is going to have to go take some serious herding lessons 'ya know! The judge in the photo on my website with my Anna is Carol Wolfram - Bijou Briards!! That's her breed and her kennel. She is a wonderful talented and kind trainer...maybe your boy will have to go off to Carol's for a few months when he's a bit older for the basics! :-) Or have her come do a herding clinic for you and your friends there! Congrats on your new baby, he will be great for the farm. Gotta love the Herding Breed Group!

OMG, more power to you! I always wanted a Beardie and a Briard, but the hair is too much for me. :-) Can't wait to see him in person.
I adore Briard's, but there are SO much dog, esp the fur!
Carol Wolfram is an amazing dog women. The connection she has with her dogs is awe striking. I live local to her, and always look forward to seeing her out with her dogs!
