WORTH THE WAIT! ULLA LAMBS!

Ulla waited until Day 151 a whole week later than she was due.

But it was worth it!

Ulla produced me TWO rams :( But....A fawn katmoget and an HST musket! Ulla was bred to Shirehill Minder, who is Ag/Ab....so could only produce Ab (katmoget) or Ag (fading gene). So I was shocked that Minder carried spots....did you guys know that???!!!

Underhill Ulla with her HST musket ram and fawn katmoget ram.
WhitePine Uphaz (HST musket) and WhitePine Ulam (fawn katmoget)
Just two white socks and one yuglet, one smirslet eye patch but look at that tiny tiny crimp! WOHOO! These boys are 69% UK, F1 Minder, F3 Jamie, F5 Timothy/Holly.

Congratulations! Inky lambed this morning, day 149, and gave me a moorit gully ewe lamb and a black gully ram lamb with horn buds. Both look great and are very vigorous; Inky is such a good mom. I think my three little gullies will make a great "Young Flock" entry at Black Sheep Gathering!

Congratulations on what I think is a beautiful little flock of babies. I told you before I want to SMOOCH them. Hope to see you soon.

Good going, Garrett! Yes, Minder carries spots. Morel's girl is the grey dalmation looking spotted girl on my blog. I really didn't expect that either - and didn't know he carried HST!

You are going to have such a hard time parting with your nice babies!!

What a great grand finale for your AI Garrett. Each interesting in their own way.

Beautiful lambs Garrett! And I'll say a prayer for your friends and relatives along the Red River.

Nice lambs! So how many AI rams vs. ewes did you get and how many of your AI ewes lambed? I'll pray for the people by the Red River too.

All the lambs are very precious!!

Congrats on finishing up your AI lambs with some bling Garrett!
My thoughts are prayers are with all the people dealing with flooding up there. It is really something this year.

I admit that the jargon about colors, etc mean absolutely nothing to me, but the lambs are absolutely adorable! And I'm sure that Mitcham is still absolutely adorable and growing every day. But of course, that's just a guess since I haven't seen any new pix of him in AGES..... cough cough, hint, hint.

Beautiful Garrett! Sure wished I lived closer to you and a few other breeders in the Midwest and east!

A long time coming!

It has been a long time. Too long in fact. We lost access to our farm website and ebonwald website when WEBS.COM was closed by VistaPrint. ...
